امروزه ارتباط میان مباحث مختلف علم حقوق و مباحث فنی در حوزه علم رایانه بسیار تنگاتنگ شده است، به گونه‌ای که چنانچه قوی‌ترین مباحث حقوقی با پایه فنی مناسب پشتیبانی نگردد، عملاً آن بحث قانونی کارآمد نخواهد بود؛ وحتی می توان گفت که امروزه بسیاری از گلوگاه‌های ناکارآمدی از ناحیه ضعف‌های فنی ایجاد شده و نه نقص‌های حقوقی...

آکوما انتوسو (Akoma Ntoso) زبانی فنی و توسعه‌یافته مبتنی بر XML است که به منظور استانداردسازی الگوی معنایی متون قانونی و قضائی تدوین گردیده است. این الگو به طور گسترده‌ای در دنیا در حال ترویج و بکارگیری است و توانسته عملکرد نهادهای قانون‌گذاری و نیز قضائی را ارتقاء بخشد.

در این پست قصد نداریم این زبان و الگوی آن،‌ ویژگی‌ها و توانمندی‌های آنرا مورد بحث قرار دهیم، و این کار را به فرصت دیگری وا می‌گذاریم، با این حال مایلیم برگزاری یک کنفرانس علمی در این حوزه را اطلاع‌رسانی کنیم.

About the event: Hacking iCorruption

Institutions make modern life possible by organizing human interactions on a massive scale. We generally benefit from the incentives, norms, and information that institutions provide. However, if corrupted, institutions can cause grave harm.

"Institutional corruption is manifest when there is a systemic and strategic influence which is legal, or even currently ethical, that undermines the institution’s effectiveness by diverting it from its purpose or weakening its ability to achieve its purpose, including, to the extent relevant to its purpose, weakening either the public’s trust in that institution or the institution’s inherent trustworthiness."

Hundreds of researchers, journalists, activists, and scholars from a variety of fields have come together at the Lab at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics, under the direction of Lawrence Lessig, to investigate, map, and find solutions for institutional corruption around the world.

After five years of research and reporting, we need your help in translating this work into usable tools for the public. The Lab has data, documents, and knowledge to share in a range of arenas from pharma to academia to Wall Street to K Street. Come take part!

ABOUT THE EVENT

Come and explore a wide variety of open data issues and collaborate on charting the future of open data at the 3rd International Open Data Conference, May 28-29, 2015, in Ottawa, Canada.

The global open data movement has matured since the 2nd International Open Government Data Conference held in Washington in 2012. It’s time to strengthen coordination among open data initiatives across various levels of government, topics, regions, and sectors. It’s time to broaden dialogue to include the voices of experts in sectors that want to use open data and scale-up innovative approaches proven to work. The goal: ensure that all world citizens benefit.

The Government of Canada, Canada’s International Development Research Centre, and the World Bank invite you to the 3rd International Open Data Conference. From May 28-29, 2015 sector and open data experts, senior government officials, industry leaders, and civil society champions from around the world will gather in Ottawa, Canada to exchange ideas and work together to enable the data revolution.

Pre-registration is now open. Conference updates will follow in the coming weeks and months. We look forward to seeing you in 2015!
